Committee reviewed current budget, in good standing b. J. Schmalz and C. Zellner proposed increase in Cirque Du Cham for stilt walkers. C. Gavinski motioned to approve addition of 2 stilt walkers to Cirque Du Cham contract not to exceed $800. S. Ryan seconded. Committee unanimously agreed. c. E. Schaaf reported on upgraded Monson amenities, no increase to contract charge. d. A. Zellner reported on increase to Artisan AV Contract for increased safety communication measures. 5. Signage a. A. Schmalz provided update on status of signage and shirts. 6. Committee Member Expectations and Assignments for July 4 with map discussion a. Committee reviewed revised map of children’s activity placements b. Committee reviewed current volunteer sign up status c. Committee reviewed timeline of activities and committee member placement needs 7. Miscellaneous Committee member updates a. C. Zeller provided flyover update, new time scheduled for 7:00pm b. T. Leder reported on PinSocial – confirmed for 2-9 hole courses, vendor request for assistance with roping line. c. E. Schaaf reported on beer tent offerings and volunteer status d. E. Schaaf reported on atm transactions fees and weather proof encasements. To confirm delivery date. e. Committee reviewed vendor evening departure needs/times. 8. Adjourn a. C.
