Notice is hereby given that a majority of the members of the Village or Town Board may attend this meeting to gather information about a subject over which the Village or Town Board has decision- making responsibility. If a quorum of the Village or Town Board attends this meeting, no action will be taken by the Village or Town Board at this meeting.
