Forward decision to Town Bard for their October 21, 2019 meeting discussion/approval. 3) Discuss/Approve an "after-the-fact" Conditional Use Permit for the Kevin Anderson property (parcel#05 32 22 1) N2889 Hartman Creek Rd, zoned AWT (Agriculture & Woodland Transition).
