Roll Call: Approve Agenda: Approve Minutes of November 27 2019 New Business: 1) Presentation by Mike Haynes, Surveyor, splitting parcel #05 27 52 6 by owner John Sturm. Discuss/approve the split and petition for Zoning Map Amendment from Seward Residential (SR) to Agriculture and Woodland Transition (AWT) for newly split farm parcel. Forward decision to Town Board for their February 17, 2020 meeting discussion/approval. 2) Discuss/Approve Joel Minton survey to expand his parcel #05 27 14 4 at N 3143 Butts Ln to 7 1/2 acres. 3) Presentation by Kyle Fischer, Surveyor, splitting parcel #05 36 43 4 at N2610 State Hwy 22.
