Proper notice has been posted and given to the press, in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes, so the citizens may be aware of the time, place and agenda of this meeting Roll Call Approve Agenda New Business 1) Motion to convene into CLOSED SESSION in accordance with Wisconsin State Statue 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town of Farmington with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. 2) Motion to reconvene into OPEN SESSION for possible action. 3) Temporary Weight Limit Permit clarifications.
