Roll Call Approve Agenda Approve Minutes of February 1, 2023 New Business: 1) Zone Map Amendment for the property owned by James & Samantha Clark for parcel 05-33-75-23 from Rural Commercial Neighborhood (RC-N) to Sewered Residential (SR) District. The subject parcel to be combined with the parcel 05-33-75-30, E1117 Round Lake Rd, and a portion of the vacated town road into the new parcel.
