Roll Call Approve Agenda Approve Minutes of June 7, 2023 New Business: 1) Conditional Use Permit application for Bruce Chmielewski property (parcel #05 27 75 11) at N2951 White Pine Ln. in Sewered Residential (SR) on approximately .577 acres for building a side-by-side duplex. According to Section 6.5(3) Two-Family Residence, Nonfarm and Table 5 of the Waupaca County Zoning Ordinance, this request requires a Conditional Use Permit.
