Proper notice has been posted and given to the press, in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes, so the citizens may be aware of the time, place and agenda of this meeting. Roll Call Approve Agenda NO PUBLIC INPUT New Business: 1) Motion to go into CLOSED SESSION - pursuant to WI Stats, 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved RE: Possible Litigation regarding Ordinance No. 11/20/23(2023). 2) Motion to Return to OPEN SESSION as a one-time non-precedent setting for the Board agreeing to (or denies) modifications to Ordinance No. 11/20/23(2023), passed on January 15, 2024, to Restrict Artificial Wake Enhancement on the Chain O’Lakes, Round and Rainbow Lakes specific with this adjustment.
