AMENDED Annual Town Meeting of Electors Town of Farmington, Waupaca County E913 Prairie View Lane Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 6:30pm Call to Order Open Meeting Statement: This meeting and all meetings of this Town Electors are open to the public. Proper notice has been posted and given to the press, in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes, so the citizens may be aware of the time, place and agenda of this meeting. Roll Call New Business: 1. Approve minutes of April 18, 2023, annual meeting. 2. Approve Audit and Financial Report 3. Any other business that may be legally brought up. A) Resolution to give support to a Waupaca Library project. B) Resolution to separate the Office of Town Clerk/Treasurer. C) Resolution to give support to the Waupaca Fine Arts Festival organization. D) Convey easement of Town property to WI-DOT for State Highway 54 project, portion of tax key #05 28 53 22 & 05 28 53 25 in return for compensation of $3,900.
