Proper notice has been posted and given to the press, in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes, so the citizens may be aware of the time, place and agenda of this meeting. Roll Call Approve Agenda Approve Minutes of May 1, 2024 Old Business: 1. Conditional Use Permit application for Sherita Shores LLC for parcel #05- 11-21-1 (N4440 Oakland Drive) for the expansion of the campground New Business: 1. Conditional Use Permit application for Vizmarie Handrich property (parcel #05 35 54 23) at N2709 Lind Ln. in Sewered Residential (SR) for building an addition to dwelling of a duplex. According to Section 6.5(3) Two-Family Residence, Nonfarm and Table 5 of the Waupaca County Zoning Ordinance, this request requires a Conditional Use Permit. 2. Conditional Use Permit application for Ross Turner property (parcel 05- 30-24-3 & 05-30-24-7) E208 State Road 54 for Zoning/Land Use Expansion to include special events beyond approved agricultural use of the property. According to Section 6.8(6) and (7) Special Events of the Waupaca County Zoning Ordinance, this request requires a Conditional Use permit. 3. Waupaca County Planning & Zoning discussion of Farmland Preservation changes to included entire Town Board members. 4.
