Special Board Meeting Agenda Farmington Town Board Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 8:30am E913 Prairie View Ln www.farmingtonwaup.gov Call to Order Open Meeting Statement: This meeting and all meetings of this Town Board are open to the public. Proper notice has been posted and given to the press, in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes, so the citizens may be aware of the time, place, and agenda of this meeting. Roll Call Approve Agenda Public Input New Business: 1. Representative from the USDA Wildlife Service to POSSIBLY attend this meeting to discuss the deer population management and drone survey pricing. If representative cannot attend, that information will be posted on our website and rescheduled for a different date. 2. Recommendations from the Farmington Plan Commission. a. Review and approve Zone Map Amendment for parcel #05-18-11-4 (N4043 Morgan Dr), owned by Curtis Greene, to amend the newly created parcel from Agriculture Retention (AR) to Rural Residential Overlay (RR-O), for the purpose of a lot split where the existing dwelling will be on a newly created 4.71-acre parcel. 3. Review service contracts for ditch mowing, tree service, and chip sealing. Make any necessary changes before sending. 4. Continue discussion on providing brush and leaf collection (possibly other materials) at the Town Hall. 5. Review of recent resident complaints, ongoing issues, and status updates from Town Board and staff. No official action required. (Road maintenance and signage, tree maintenance, land use and local ordinance violations, local ordinances/policy and procedure, permits, upcoming meetings, and important updates from Clerk, Treasurer, or Maintenance Supervisor). 6. Consideration of items for future meeting agendas.
