Otter Dr - water and parking issues b. Grandview Rd - culvert/water issues c. N Westgate Acres - water issue d. Cobbtown Rd - water issue e. Norris Lane - water issue f. Morgan Dr - culvert g. Fahnrner's proposal for crack sealing, crack filling, and flex patch leveling h.
