Proper notice has been posted and given to the press, in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes, so the citizens may be aware of the time, place, and agenda of this hearing. Public input will be limited to 5 minutes per person to ensure everyone has an opportunity to speak and must pertain solely to the topic at hand. Any written comments received by the deadline will be reviewed by the Town Board. Roll Call Approve Agenda Purpose: Consideration of an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan, and changes to the Preferred Land Use Map. The purpose of this amendment is to change the land use designation of the property located at N2939 Hartman Creek Rd (Parcel #05-30-44-3) from Forestry to Agriculture. This change will support a higher level of development consistent with the property owner’s proposed use of splitting the parcel and constructing a second dwelling.
