Proper notice has been posted and given to the press, in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes, so the citizens may be aware of the time, place, and agenda of this meeting. Roll Call Approve Agenda Approve Minutes from October 8, 2025, Special Board Meeting (DNR) Public Input New Business: 1. Discuss right of way ditch mowing for 2025 & 2026. John Gunderson from Johns Lawn Care is to attend. a. Discuss the Board’s goals for contracting the work, as established during the budget process. 2. Review and approve Resolution No. 11/4/25A (2025) Resolution in Support of Levy Increase to Meet Needs of Waupaca Area Joint Fire District. 3. Review and approve Resolution No. 11/4/25B (2025) Reaffirming Ordinance No. 2/19/24B (2024) Amending the Established Speed Limit on King Road. 4. Review and approve Hintzke Well Drilling’s quote to install a well and pump system for the Town Hall shed. 5. Attorney correspondence on the Regional Recycling & Compost Commission municipal agreement; review, discussion, and possible action. 6. Continue discussion, if necessary, on the possibility of providing a brush collection service at the Town Hall. 7. Review of recent resident complaints, ongoing issues, and status updates from Town Board and staff. No official action required. (Road maintenance and signage, tree maintenance, land use and local ordinance violations, local ordinances/policy and procedure, permits, upcoming meetings, and important updates from Clerk, Treasurer, or Maintenance Supervisor). 8. Consideration of items for future meeting agendas.
