Roll Call Approve Agenda Public Input New Business: 1. Review and approve Alcohol Beverage License Transfer Application for Barnwood Farms Waupaca, LLC. 2. Recommendations from the Farmington Plan Commission. a. Review and approve Conditional Use Permit for parcel #05-23-32-1 (E1747 Riverbend Ln), owned by Seth and Taralea Hollman, for the purpose of establishing a Contractor Shop for their lawncare, mowing, and landscaping business. 3. Review and discuss the Recycling and Compost Center survey responses. 4. Attorney correspondence on the Regional Recycling & Compost Commission municipal agreement; review, discussion, and possible action on withdrawing. 5. Continue discussion on providing brush and leaf collection at the Town Hall. 6. Discuss chip sealing projects for 2026. 7. Review Cemetery Rules and Regulations and cemetery ordinance drafts. 8. Review ordinance draft for establishing driveway culverts and associated policy. 9. Review of recent resident complaints, ongoing issues, and status updates from Town Board and staff. No official action required. (Road maintenance and signage, tree maintenance, land use and local ordinance violations, local ordinances/policy and procedure, permits, upcoming meetings, and important updates from Clerk, Treasurer, or Maintenance Supervisor). 10.
