Stat. § 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering compensation aspects of the Town Clerk’s employment, which includes review of insurance benefit options and employer contributions. Following the closed session, the Board will reconvene in open session to take any necessary action or continue with the agenda. 14. Following discussion in Closed Session, the Board may take action to approve the Town Clerk’s insurance benefits and employer contributions.
