Entire inside of building is accessible and the deck outside will have a ramp to make it ADA compliant. Joe Fogarty, condo owner at 7224 State St, spoke indicating the building was built in 1999, the current retaining wall is likely from then. There is no encroachment agreement from the current wall . If that cannot be accommodated, applicant is to work with the Engineering Division to relocate to a space where the requirement can be met .
