Consideration of request from the Engineering Division to approve an 24-0151 intermunicipal agreement between the City of Brookfield and the City of Wauwatosa to upgrade pedestrian facilities and associated traffic controls at the 124th Street and Lisbon Road intersection to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards due to pathway construction along Lisbon Road in the City of Brookfield Recommendation: Common Council Mike May, Sr Civil Engineer, presented. Alder Makhlouf also spoke with some concerns. The public hearing date was moved to March 5th due to the Common Council meeting being moved.
