APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approval of Minutes from the June 17, 2024 Regular Meeting 24-0985 RESULT: APPROVED MOVER: Stefanie Escobedo SECONDER: Paulette Enders Aye: 6 Kesner, Braatz, Dolan, Escobedo, Enders, and Ruggini NEW BUSINESS 1. Request for encroachment by Stephen Meer of The Sigma Group Inc. on 24-0961 behalf of Wangard Partners to install two groundwater monitoring wells within the 6200 and 6300 block of W. State Street Recommendation: Common Council Jennifer Stilling, Senior Civil Engineer, presented. Applicant also presented to answer questions.
