Chairperson Kesner called the meeting to order at 8:32 am .

Steiner, Assistant City Engineer; Jennifer Stilling, Senior Civil Engineer; Bill Wehrley, City Engineer; all attended remotely
and all represented the City of Wauwatosa.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Approval of Minutes from the September 16, 2024 Regular Meeting 24-1434
RESULT: APPROVED

NEW BUSINESS
1. Request by Rosheen Styczinski of New Eden Landscape Architecture 24-1406
LLC for two parking lot landscaping variances for the proposed Versiti
Blood Research Institute building expansion at 8733 Watertown Plank
Road.
Jennifer Stilling, Senior Civil Engineer and Sara Grimalkin, Parks & Landscape Manager, presented .
Paul Worthington-Berry from HGA and Rosheen Styzinski, applicant, both spoke .
RESULT: APPROVED

as Canadian Pacific (CP) for an underground fiber optic conduit at N.
115th Street and the railroad tracks
Recommendation: Common Council
Mike Steiner, Assistant City Engineer, presented.
RESULT: RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL

Nick Deming, Construction Manager, gave a verbal update on current constructions projects .
