Annual performance evaluation of the City Administrator 23-1312 The Committee of the Whole may convene into closed session regarding this item pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85 (1) (c), considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Council may reconvene into open session to consider the balance of the agenda. Motion by Ald Fuerst, seconded by Ald Arney, to convene into closed session . Motion carried. Discussion in closed session. Motion by Ald Franzen, seconded by Ald Arney, to reconvene into open session . Motion carried.
