Consideration of request by Matt Riesterer, Luther Group, LLC., for a 24-0601 Planned Unit Development Approval Extension at 7501 W. North Avenue Paulette Enders, Development Director, presented the item. Jason Luther, 780 Elm Grove Rd, President of Luther Group, made a few comments on the item . Public Comments Alderperson Makhlouf had a few questions that consisted of the units for persons with disabilities, the learning center and spoke in support Kevin Catlen, 7428 Watson Ave, made a few comments and had questions regarding the item that consisted of the size and scale of the development and the extension . Sheri Brischbach, 7433 Watson Ave, made a few comments regarding the item . Considerable discussion was had regarding the item.
