The upper 20 feet of the design is satisfactory; further development is needed for the lower 20 feet. 2. The vertical design is compatible, with soft edges, but there should be variation rather than a uniform appearance. A streamlined look is preferred. 3. The pedestrian experience needs drastic improvement. 4. Request for a sun study to be presented. 5. The design lacks warmth; the two towers feel repetitive. There is a real opportunity for a more thoughtful dialogue on both. 6. The curved balconies are reminiscent of Miami Art Deco and do not fit the character of Wauwatosa.
