RESULT: HELD 2. 11732 Martha Dr - New Residential Home - Return to Board 25-0746 No action. Refine stone detail at porch columns. Shift stone at den elevation to front entry recess. Omitting stone at garage doors. RESULT: HELD 3. 8100 Chestnut - New Residential Home - Return to Board 25-1063 No action. Return to board BP with final elevation plans of stone shown of laptop. RESULT: HELD 4. 2500 Mayfair Rd - Scheels - Exterior Renovations - Information Only 25-1188 Information only. Look at transparent entry to open up into store-West entry only. RESULT: HELD 5. Foundry Way - Mayfair 2 - New Multi-Family - Information Only 25-1191 No action. Building lacks connection to the ground as a base to the building. Window pattern or rhythm is not proportion. Look at locations of accent color panels as for reason of locations. Simplify wing elecations focus on entry for variations in details, and materials.
