Consideration of term sheet with Barrett-Lo Visionary Development 23-647 Page 2 of 3 Financial Affairs Committee Meeting Minutes - Final September 12, 2023 related to residential redevelopment on the south Mayfair district property Closed Session: The Committee may convene into closed session regarding this item pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85 (1) (e), to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Committee may reconvene into open session to consider the balance of the agenda. Rick Barrett, Founder, Barrett Lo Visionary Development and Craig Pryde, Principal, KTGY, presented . Public Comment: Ursula Twombly, 11716 W Meinecke Ave, Wauwatosa WI 53226 - Asked questions about the property and affordable housing Joe Makhlouf, 772 N 116th Street, Wauwatosa, WI 53226 - Asked questions about the project Motion by Fuerst, seconded by Philips to go into closed session at 9:50 PM. Motion carried 8-0.
