Chairperson Moldenhauer called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM.

1. Consideration of request from the City Engineer for Amendment 24-0525
Number 1 of the State Municipal Agreement with the Wisconsin
Department of Transportation for the Mayfair Road repaving project
between Burleigh Street and Silver Spring Drive (CIP Project 1122)
Bill Wehrley, City Engineer, presented the request.
RESULT: RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL

2. Recommendation for approval of a term sheet with Wingspan 24-0530
Development Group for a multifamily housing development, the
Foundry, at the Mayfair Collection (11220 W. Burleigh Street) and
approval of associated contracts with Mannedge Consulting and Prism
Technical
John Ruggini, Finance Director, presented the request.
Motion by Alder Fuerst to enter into closed session pursuant to Wis . Stat. §19.85 (1)(e), to deliberate or
negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified

public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session . Second by Alder
Brannin. Motion carried unanimously.
