Litigation update by the City Attorney 24-1556 Motion by Alder Phillips to enter into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85 (1)(e) and Wis. Stat. §19.85 (1)(g). Second by Alder Gustafson. Litigation update by the City Attorney 24-1556 The Committee may move to convene into closed session for this item pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85 (1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. The Committee may reconvene into open session to consider the balance of the agenda. 5. Update on the development of the former Boston Store Property 24-1575 The Committee may move to convene into closed session for this item pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85 (1)(e), to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Committee may reconvene into open session to consider the balance of the agenda.
