Chairperson Moldenhauer called the meeting to order at 8:23 PM.

FINANCIAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE ITEMS
1. Final report on construction and workforce equity results on the MSP 24-1516
Burleigh apartment project
RESULT: INFORMATIONAL ONLY
2. Request by the Assessor’s office to waive the competitive bidding 24-1519
process, transfer funds and enter into a contract for expert assistance in
the valuation of complex property up to $60,000
Motion by Alder Makhlouf II, second by Alder Phillips, to convene into closed session for this item
pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85 (1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the governmental
body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to
litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. Motion carried.

The Committee may reconvene into open session to consider the balance of the agenda.
