President’s report 24-0444 4. Director’s report 24-0441 Director Pete Loeffel reported that the Children's Library Supervisor, Anne Kissinger, is retiring in July after 19 years with the library. The Library will work with the City HR department to recruit a replacement. 5. Wauwatosa Public Library Foundation report 24-0443 Director Pete Loeffel reported that the City Council discussed the City Hall /Library complex. The Council approved hiring a construction manager. The Foundation will use the numbers given by the City to continue its Feasibility Study. NEW BUSINESS 1. Stat. §19.85 (1) (c), considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Board may reconvene into open session to consider the balance of the agenda Motion by Tr. Nelson convene into closed session regarding this item pursuant to Wis .
