ROLL CALL Present 4 Commissioner, Chair Danielle Long Commissioner Greg Leahy Commissioner Victor Plantinga Commissioner Stan Stojkovic Excused 1 Commissioner Phillip Morris CLOSED SESSION Motion by Leahy, seconded by Plantinga, to convene into closed session at 4:59 P.M. pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1)(c), considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and may reconvene into open session . Motion passed unanimously 1. Interviews of candidates for Firefighter positions 24-1739 Interviews of candidates for Firefighter positions - 12 Motion by Leahy, seconded by Plantinga, to convene into closed session at 4:59 P.M. pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1)(b), considering dismissal, demotion, licensing or discipline of any public employee or person licensed by a board or commission or the investigation of charges against such person, and the taking of formal action on any matter, and may reconvene into open session. Motion passed unanimously 2. Discuss complaint against a Police Department member 25-0167 Discussion was had in closed session RETURN TO OPEN SESSION TO CERTIFY ELIGIBILITY LIST Motion to return to open session at 9:45 P.M. by Plantinga, seconded by Leahy.
