Maries Creole is set for June 23 from 11am-7pm. iii. July should be Samoan BBQ. d) Bathroom project e) Merchant meetings/merchant engagement 5) New Business/Updates a) Main street Progress b) Social media engagement update c) Ritz ribbon cutting this morning at 10am d) Bathroom banter initiative- e) Beyond Downtown community feature update f) Board Project Assignments and Initiative Development 6) Adjournment: As I've been reviewing previous DDA agendas and meeting minutes, I've noticed several project ideas and initiatives that have been discussed repeatedly over the years. Many of them are great ideas that continue to generate interest, but they haven't moved beyond the discussion phase. I'd like us to identify a few of those recurring ideas and assign a board member or small committee to explore each one further. I'm not asking anyone to complete the project overnight, but rather to bring back information, recommendations, costs, partnerships, or an action plan so we can determine whether the idea is feasible and move it forward. As a staff of one, I can help facilitate these projects, but I need board involvement if we're going to continue growing and accomplishing the goals we've set for downtown
