Unanimous decision RESUBMITTAL: 2. 465 Foote Ave – construct a roof over the front door of a home Discussion covered finding a more historically appropriate cover for the porch or deleting it all together Submittal was changed to preliminary No vote was taken 3. 729 Eunice Ave – construct a single family home with a detached garage Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 4. 128 Central Ave – construct a new 1 ½ story home with a side entry garage Approved as submitted with clarification to have post caps on the front porch and to use trim on the right corner of the screened room to match the left corner Unanimous decision 5. 301 Fairview Ave – approve changes made to a previously approved 2 story home Project was approved, with clarification as follows: 1. Replace and/or install the front fypons window crossheads with ones matching the design originally approved by the board 2. Install brackets under the rear door overhang 3. Remove the window on the right side of the house, at the kitchen cabinets, and infill with siding 4. Install gable vent as originally approved 5. Approval is granted for the larger deck on the rear 6. Change in siding material show is approved Unanimous decision SUBMITTAL: 6. 322 Clark Ave – rebuild and restore the porch on the home as part of a complete renovation Discussion included materials, and details of the project Submittal was changed to preliminary, applicant will resubmit revised drawings No vote was taken 7. 8749 Watson Rd – make changes to the windows in the classrooms of a church Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 8. 8154 Big Bend Blvd – refurbish the existing storefront in the Old Orchard Business District Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 9. 8300 Big Bend Blvd – convert exterior atrium patios to interior space on the Sverdrup building at Webster University Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 10. 8 Grove Ave – construct a detached carport Approved as submitted Unanimous decision
