Removing screens from side porch Approved as submitted Three members vote yes, one member voted no SUBMITTAL 6. 360 Linum Ln - Remove existing addition & add new additon to rear with new crawlspace Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant that a windows will be added to the closet on the rear elevation, to the laundry room facing rear yard, to the garage entry area Unanimous decision 7. 9018 Big Bend Blvd - Remove existing front exterior stained glass window and replace with clear window Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 8. 479 Algonquin Pl - Construct 2nd Fl master bedroom over existing garage. Convert existing master bedroom to master bath & closet Changed to Preliminary Review with observations and recommendations discussed with applicant: More detailed drawings, show roof sections, show distinction between old and new sections, note materials to be used 9. 344 Atalanta - Construct roofs on existing front & rear porches; windows and door changes Approved as submitted Unanimous decision PRELIMINARY None
