Owners were given a choice to have vote on presented plans or consult with contractor and present alternate plans at another meeting, they chose to not have a vote at this meeting RESUBMITTAL None SUBMITTAL 3. 657 W Lockwood - Construct rear addition Approved as submitted Unanimous decision  4. 51 N Elm - Construct rear addition Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 5. 750 N Forest - Construct 1.5 story addition Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 6. 135 Dornell - Construct north & south additions Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant that the front elevation drawing is correct Unanimous decision 7. 424 Forest Green - Construct rear & north side additions Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 8. 509 Fairview - Renovate front porch No vote was taken ARB members requested current photos of the home showing work that has already been done, all elevations of home, and decision on whether the stone will stay or be replaced 9. 749 Greeley - Construct new front porch & entry, side bay window Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant that the roof will extend out another 1 ft , and that concrete will have parge finish Unanimous decision 10. 401 Lee – Construct rear addition Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant that the new posts will match existing Unanimous decision PRELIMINARY 11. 526 Mason – Construct new house Moved from preliminary to submitted: Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant that the new rear door shed roof be lowered at least 1 ft Unanimous decision
