Approval will be certified at the next meeting as this was to have a hearing. SUBMITTAL 2. 407 Corona Ct – Construct front porch Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant the area below the porch will be enclosed with a fascia board Unanimous decision 3. 1624 Crabapple – Construct rear addition Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 4. 418 Spring – Construct rear deck Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant that the area below the porch will be enclosed with lattice Unanimous decision 5. 226 Portland - Construct 2nd story rear addition & deck Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 6. 245 Blackmer - Construct garage & deck Approved as submitted. Suggestion was made to make base trim at the bridge wider and maybe add a sloped cap trim to it replicating a water table detail - applicants have stated they will consider the suggestion Unanimous decision  7. 217 Kingsville Ct - Construct 2 story rear addition Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant that a window(s) will be added to the right side of the hearth on the first floor elevation that match the substantial height of the windows facing the rear in the new addition (Hearth room/Breakfast room). Unanimous decision 8. 5 Girard – Construct rear deck Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant that the new landing and stair at the garage man door will be in materials that match the proposed deck materials Unanimous decision RESUBMITTAL None PRELIMINARY None
