There will be new wall infill directly above the existing exterior wall, extending to underside of new roof framing above. The new ceiling will be  vaulted, as shown in the attached revised image, and will be clad in PVC bead board ceiling – color white. Unanimous decision 4. 45 Summit Pl – Expand rear deck Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant that there will be trim work at the bottom of the gable Unanimous decision 5. 318 S Forest - Construct 12'x32' shed Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant that the window heads will be aligned to match elevation door head if the trim work does not cause crowding Unanimous decision 6. 1506 Drayton – Construct rear deck Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant that the lower 6x6 posts will be wrapped with PVC Unanimous decision 7. 14 Woodlawn - Construct front screened porch No vote was taken, ARB members asked for more detailed drawings from the applicant 8. 1445 Pinetree – Replace windows Approved as submitted Unanimous vote 9. 646 Clairmont – Replace windows Approved as submitted Unanimous vote PRELIMINARY 10. 357 Sylvester - Construct new house No vote was taken, no one was present to represent the project 11. 408 Oak Tree – Construct new house Project was moved from Preliminary to Submitted: Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant that bedroom 3 will have a 18x18 window on north elevation, and that the gable over entry will have flush solid finish 4 board members approved, 1 disapproved
