The applicant will have the option of grills or no grills in new windows Unanimous decision  5. 427 Yorkshire Pl - Construct detached garage & rear covered porch Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 6. 528 Oaks Ct - Construct 2 story side addition & exterior cosmetic changes Approved as submitted with the understanding that the entire house will be cedar shakes on the exterior; the column at the archway will be trim rather than shake siding; and the window on the second floor on the right, on the west elevation will also have shutters Unanimous decision 7. 641 Oakwood - Construct 1 story rear addition Approved as submitted with the clarification that there is an existing door and small roof on the east wall that are existing and not being removed Unanimous decision 8. 227 College – Install windows Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 9. 513 Hollywood - Construct front & rear dormers & windows No vote was taken, revised drawings were requested 10. 401 Lee – Appeal of front yard fence design Motion that the fence constructed at 401 Lee is similar enough in nature, that the spirit of the shadowbox fence as illustrated by "B" that it should be approved and allowed to remain in place 3 board members voted to approve, 1 disapproved, 1 abstained RESUBMITTAL PRELIMINARY
