ARB asked applicant to re-submit again, plans are not sufficient to make a decision SUBMITTAL. 5. 231 Gray - Construct rear covered porch Approved as submitted with the clarification that all of the columns will be the same style Unanimous decision 6. 706 Yeatman - Construct detached garage Approved as submitted with the clarification that the door is a six panel door and not matching the style of the front of the house Unanimous decision 7. 14 Oakwood – Install windows Approved as submitted with the understanding that windows will be replaced per the staff diagram for double hung and casement locations Unanimous decision 8. 400 Hampshire Ct – Install Windows Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 9. 24 Denver – Construct rear deck Approved as submitted with the clarification that the railing will be the Westbury Railing System in black aluminum and the deck will be Timber Tech Reserve Line pvc capped composite Unanimous decision 10. 8960 Big Bend – Amend previous plans: add new front dormer on addition Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 11. 306 Westside – Construct new house No vote was taken.
