If these are not being replaced there will be a mixture of window styles, please clarify. Also, existing brick under side bay to be removed, what is the wall finish to be? SUBMITTAL. 5. 856 Greeley - Construct addition & detached garage Approved as submitted with the clarification that the exposed foundation will have a rubbed finish 4 Board members voted to approve, 1 member recused themselves due to a conflict of interest 6. 320 Spring - Construct 2 story addition & rear covered deck Approved as submitted with the clarification that there is a window at the new stair that was missing and will be on the elevation and the understanding that all new windows will be three over one to match the existing windows. Unanimous decision 7. 466 W Lockwood - Construct 2 story rear addition & 1 story rear porch Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 8. 1240 Selma - Construct enclosed covered deck/patio Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 9. 139 S Laclede St Rd - Construct front ramp/bridge & skylight with interior renovation Approved as submitted with clarification that width and details of ramp will be confirmed to meet building code Unanimous decision 10. 627 Foote - Construct multiple additions Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 11. 659 Fairview – Install solar panels Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 12. 8964 Big Bend – Construct front porch Approved as submitted for the porch only, with the clarification that the stairs will be the width of the porch 3 ARB members voted to approve, 2 ARB members voted to disapprove, motion passed PRELIMINARY None
