None PRELIMINARY 6. 22 Wilshire – Construct new house Moved from preliminary to submitted: Approved as submitted per the amended elevations received on 11/18/21 4 board members voted to approve, 1 board member voted to disapprove 7. 452 E Glendale – Construct new house Moved from preliminary to submitted: Approved as submitted per the amended elevations received on 11/17/21 Unanimous decision ______________________________________________________________________ December 2, 2021 Agenda Items PUBLIC HEARING None SUBMITTAL 1. 626 Hollywood – Install windows Approved as submitted with the clarification that all the windows on the front elevation will be replaced with white windows with no grills and that the dentil trim that is existing on the front elevation will be patched to be continuous after removal of the bay Unanimous decision 2. 215 Portland Terr – Construct detached garage Approved as submitted with the following revisions: the doors and window will have trim to match the existing house and the window will have grills in the upper sash to match the house Unanimous decision 3. 710 S Rock Hill – Install windows Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 4. 329 McDonald Pl – Construct rear screened porch Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 5. 407 S Old Orchard – Construct rear addition Approved as submitted with the clarification that there will be a new patio with a concrete step outside the doors of the screen porch Unanimous decision  6. 500 Gray - Install windows & construct rear deck Approved as submitted with the following revisions: there will be horizontal siding on the rear dormer on all sides, the existing front columns are to remain unless they are in disrepair in which case they will be replaced by columns as the same style shown in the drawings.
