The east porch columns will be finished size 6x6 " with the cap and base trim to match the base trim on the existing columns. the existing front stairs will remain in their current location and there will be a window added to the pantry on the east elevation 13. 620 Fair Oaks - Construct 2nd story addition above attached garage Approved as submitted with the following clarifications: The coping around the top of the new addition roof will be prefinished metal in a color to match the trim. There will be an option to maintain the window in the pantry and possibly relocate it slightly.
