PG. #  Approved with the understanding that there will not be blank siding at the location of the new window. There will be a framed type opening that matches the dimensions of the adjacent window placed symmetrically and that frame will be infilled with either siding or shutters that are a style that are complementary to the house. Vote of 4-1 RESUBMITTAL 4. 507 Tuxedo – Install windows & doors Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 5. 1408 Eddystone – Install windows Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 6. 407 N Rock Hill – Replace doors with windows Approved as submitted Unanimous decision SUBMITTAL 7. 662 W Lockwood – Construct a deck Approved with the understanding that the door will be full glass with mullions to match the existing windows and columns will be wrapped in a James Hardie or Miratel product and match the square column on the return corner of the existing house. Unanimous decision 8. 707 N Forest – Construct a rear addition Approved as submitted Unanimous decision 9. 812 Ennis - Construct a rear deck/carport Approved with the understanding that the drawings will be updated to include the additional posts that was noted; the columns will be 6x6 cedar posts and beams and the anchor connections will be as submitted on 7/20/22. Unanimous decision 10. 328 Oak Manor – Construct a detached garage & garage renovation Approved with the following understanding that an additional window will be placed in the bathroom.
