PG. #  Approved with the clarification that the lattice below the deck will be reinstalled 3. 210 Hawthorne Avenue – Rear Two Story Addition and New Front Porch Approved with the clarification of the trim on the front door with the additional drawings provide tonight (3/16/23). RESUBMITTAL 4. 856 Greeley Avenue – Amendments to Addition Approved as submitted SUBMITTAL 5. 415 Yorkshire Avenue – Detached Garage Approved with the following clarifications. We will be adding a round louver at the front and back gables to match the round louver on the front of the existing house. We will be adding a ledger board to where the pergola intersects the building. The pergola has been clarified as a premanufactured fiberglass system. We will add the option for the middle column to be removed on the pergola. PRELIMINARY 6. 814 Clark Avenue – Rear Two Story Addition Project Tabled - No one present to represent the project.
