PG. #  3. 424 Park Road – Rear Deck Approved as submitted 4. 28 Elm Place – Side Addition Approved with the following understanding. The exterior material on the new addition will be cedar shake siding to match the existing. The roof material will be asphalt shingle to match the existing. The existing front porch handrail will remain. The proposed rail style of the new front porch will be a wood railing. The foundation texture will match the existing house. RESUBMITTAL None SUBMITTAL 5. 315 Marion Avenue – Detached Garage Approved with the following conditions. The siding width will match the existing siding on the house. The trim width will match the trim width on the existing house. The new garage overhang will be sixteen inches (16”) deep. There will be glass in the overhead door. The width of the garage door will be between nine and ten feet (9’-10’) wide. The owners will have the option to change the roof configuration to a hip roof on both the front and rear of the new garage. 6. 622 S. Berry Road – Front Porch Tabled.
