Lockwood Avenue – Façade Changes Approved with the understanding that the awning roof will have slate material as the finish and the underside of the awning will have EIFS or other smooth material that will coordinate with the existing finish. Bompart Avenue – Rear and Side Addition (Resubmittal) Approved with the understanding that a brick rowlock will be added to create a sill for the windows and horizontal detail will be added to the rear (west) elevation. RESUBMITTAL 3. 814 Clark Avenue – Rear Addition Approved with the following clarifications. The number seven (#7) windows will be made shorter so they can be properly flashed at the sill. A horizontal muntin will be added to mimic the look of a double hung window. The addition at the rear will be brought in two to four inches (2”-4”) to separate it from the brick SUBMITTAL 4. 626 E.
