PG. # RESUBMITTAL 1. 22 Wilshire Terrace – Amended Front Elevations Approved as submitted SUBMITTAL 2. 763 Newport Avenue – Sunroom Approved per the elevations submitted 10/04/2023. 3. 225 Simmons Avenue – Front Porch Approved with the clarification that the deck skirting will be siding to match the house. 4. 123 Dornell Avenue – New House Approved with the clarification that the windows on the rear wall of the garage will be included and shown on the floor plans. PRELIMINARY 5. 126 E. Jackson Avenue – New House Approved with the following understandings. The window locations will be the same as the locations shown on the floor plan provided this evening (10/05/2023). The flat area of roof will be served by two scuppers. The sloped metal roofs will have fascia, half round gutters, and drained with rain chain. The garage will have transom windows on both the east and west elevations.
