Cedar Avenue – Two Story Addition and Rear Deck Approved as submitted. 3. 225 S. Elm Avenue – Screen Porch to Sunroom and New Deck Approved with the clarification that the roof over the west door is remaining and not being removed. RESUBMITTAL 4. 675 W. Lockwood Avenue – Changes to Previously approved Elevations Approved with the provision that there will be a recessed brick detail in place of the removed window in the rear elevation. 5. 528 Bacon Avenue - Changes to Previously approved Elevations Approved with the following understandings. The front elevation will be entirely board & batten, including turning the corners on the front elevation projections. The arch at the gable over the front door will be eliminated. The horizontal trim at the bottom of the gables on the side elevations will be widened. The garage door will be eight feet (8’) in height. The garage door style will be simplified to include three rows of horizontal panels and windows above. There will be no shutters on the front of the house. SUBMITTAL 6. 417 W Swon Avenue – Detached Garage Addition Approved with the clarification that the deck stair and railing will be pressure treated with composite treads. 7. 711 Sherwood Drive – Outdoor Room with Fireplace Approved as submitted. 8. 508 Oak Street – Rear Addition Tabled. No vote taken. 9. 710 Fairview Avenue – Two Story Rear Addition Approved with the clarification that the new windows in the addition will match the existing as well as any window and door trim. The window head heights will match the existing. PRELIMINARY 10. 806 A. E. Pacific Avenue – F.A.R. Request Approved 11. 806 A. E.
