PUBLIC HEARING 1. 237 Spencer Road – Rear Deck Approved with the understanding that lattice will be added to the underside of the deck on the east elevation to match the lattice shown under the stairs. PG. #  2. 471 Hawthorne Avenue – Amended Previously Approved Elevations Approved as submitted RESUBMITTAL 3. 508 Oak Street – Rear Addition Approved with the understanding that the trim around the new patio door on the rear will match the existing trim on the house. The ridgeline of the new addition will die into the corner of the existing house. There will be a flat wood deck adjacent to the sleeping area in the bedroom. SUBMITTAL 4. 304 W. Old Watson – One Story Addition Approved as submitted 5. 648 Barstow Place – F.A.R. Request Approved as submitted 6. 648 Barstow Place – Rear Addition Approved as submitted 7. 230 Clara Avenue – Windows Approved with the following clarifications. Siding will be installed below windows 4 and 5. All casement windows will include a horizontal bar to replicate a double hung window. Window 7 will no longer be included as part of the project. 8. 606 Colebrook Avenue – Windows Approved as submitted 9. 219 Portland Terrace – Windows Approved with the understanding that the existing transom windows will be replaced with an in kind (like) grill pattern and the casement windows will not have grills 10. 1231 Grant Road – Windows Approved with the understanding that all the replacement windows will have a matching grid pattern. 11. 54 Chestnut Avenue – Windows Approved with the clarification that window type three (3) will have grids that will match the style and pattern of the windows on the front of the home 12. 8721 Big Bend Boulevard – Commercial Façade Approved with the understanding that the transom windows will be replaced in the same size and location and the awnings will be standard projecting awnings. PRELIMINARY 13. 205 Slocum Avenue – New House Approved with the following clarifications. There will be skylights added to the two rear bathrooms and the rear bedroom. There will be approximately five risers to the front porch and a railing will be added that will match the picture submitted this evening (12/21/2023).
