PUBLIC HEARING 1. 115 Glen Road – 2nd Floor Addition over New Open Porch Approved with the clarification: The balusters at the railing will be aluminum to match the adjacent fence. The exterior siding to be replaced w/ vinyl siding that matches the original siding configuration. 2. The new wrought iron railing at the front porch will match as submitted at the ARB meeting. 3. The front stoop/ door relationship is to match the original configuration. 4. the option to screen the rear porch will match as submitted at the meeting. 5. The brackets in the cut-away bay are to remain. 6. The area under the rear stairs and landing are to be enclosed w/ material compatible with the house design. 7. The existing chimney is to remain.
