PUBLIC HEARING RESUBMITTAL 1. 451 W. Swon Avenue – Deck off Rear of House Approved with the following understanding: the detailed section dropped beam is not being installed as drawn and the roof will be constructed to match the elevations: 6x6 columns will be wrapped with a white vinyl post wrap as in the example provided with a base and no capital; T O VIEW THE FULL TEXT OF ORDINANCES, RESOL UTIONS, AND MINUTES, PLEA SE CLICK THEIR TITLES. PG. #  the railing will be an aluminum railing; the owners will be closing off the underside of the deck and not the contractor. SUBMITTAL 2. 253 Papin Avenue – Two Story Rear Addition Approved as submitted with the following clarification that there will be no changes to the existing materials which include shutters, fascia, band board, chimney, front railing, existing windows, and the gable louver on the left side. 3. 351 Gray Avenue – 2nd Story Rear Addition Approved as submitted with the updated drawings received 3/20/24. 4. 810 Edgar Road – One Story Side Addition Approved with the revision to the roof line as submitted at the ARB Meeting on 3/21/24. 5. 9018 Big Bend Boulevard – Foyer Addition Approved with the clarification that the siding applied over the existing stone on the existing building will be omitted.
